Adjunct Faculty
Currently teaching a diverse student population the fundamentals of design for a Visual
Foundations for Graphic Designers Course. Curriculum includes several visual projects based on Bauhausian design principles, development of visual literacy and history of graphic design lectures. Additional responsibilities include tracking
student development, assigning group and individual assignments and college and career advisement.

Adjunct Faculty
Using demonstrations, assignments, projects, critiques, research and guest speakers, teach students of various
ages and education levels, a variety of foundation and intermediate level fine and graphics arts courses.
Courses taught include Basic and Advanced Photoshop, 3 and 4D Animation,
Introduction to Graphic Design for Print Media, Art Appreciation, Watercolor, Basic and Advanced Drawing, Basic and Advanced Painting and Portfolio Emphasis.

Currently teaching several classes and workshops for Nevada Fine Arts an attelier and art supply store.
Classes include: Drawing, Acrylic and Oil Painting Workshops and Classes.

Taught workshop style watercolor painting class to a group of senior citizens.

Taught college accredited classes in a workshop style to a diverse group of students.
Classes include: Drawing from the Grid System, Oil Painting and an artist materials workshop using Renaissance style optical tools titled "Drawing from Durer's Perspective."

Teaching Assistantship: Freshman Drawing
Assisted professor in teaching Drawing I and Drawing II to freshman level
college students. Assisted in teaching the fundamentals of line, shape,
rendering, composition, working from life, the figure and completion of
homework assignments. Gave lecture on the Golden Section- a compositional
tool utilizing Grecian ideas of harmony and balance.

Gallery Manager, Truckee River Gallery
Managed small for-profit gallery located in downtown Reno. Duties included curating, hanging and striking shows, writing and distributing press releases and collateral material, updating the website and social networking sites, outreach and management of local artists and artisans and customer relations and sales to interested parties.

Graphic Designer, Sinclair Imports
Graphic designer for bicycle imports company. Duties included designing collateral materials such as the annual catalog, web press releases, sales flyers and various materials that promoted the company.

Graphic designer for national education association. Duties included creating and outputting collateral materials including pins, business cards, programs and conference guides.

Graphic designer for the conservation science division of a national conservation non-profit. Duties included designing poster session materials, websites, white papers and other presentation materials for the division.

Graphic designer for a national business industry corporation. Duties included designing books and other materials for the corporation.
